Be ready when you register your player!
RYSL has two main registration periods. January/February for the Spring Season and May/June for the Fall Season of play. We notify all members via this website, social media, text messages and emails of all upcoming registration events.
Before starting your player's online registration or mailing in your player's registration, make sure you verify that you have all the items listed below.
ONLINE REGISTRATION - Fast and Easy!
The best way to register for RYSL is with our online registration website! Be sure to upload your player’s photo as you complete your online registration. If a birth certificate is required, you can upload that too! If you cannot upload a photo or birth document, please mail it to the address shown below – faxes of pictures are not acceptable.
New Players: Scan or take a picture of your player's proof of age document. This could be a birth certificate from the county where the player was born, a copy of a passport, a copy of the player’s drivers license, etc. Be sure to NOT send the one you received from the hospital (Mercy, Redding Medical Center, etc) these are not acceptable. The birth certificate MUST be from the COUNTY (Shasta, Tehama, etc).
Scan or take a picture of your player. Head shots with only the player are preferred. The player's head and shoulders should take up approximately 75% of the image. If you have any trouble uploading the image, you can also email the picture to email@example.com

Don’t want to register online? Looking for the downloadable form? You can find it here. Complete and print this form and mail it to our PO Box listed below along with the picture, appropriate fee and birth document (if a new player).

Include a copy of the players’ proof of age document. Include the proper fee (see proper fee list here). If you are registering multiple players, please provide SEPARATE payment for each player. Combined checks are really difficult to track for us on mail in registration as we may not always be able to place all players on teams. If your player is not placed, your check will be returned.
Include a roughly 1”x1” (wallet sized), clear, COLOR photo of your player. We need a new photo each season! You can also email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org

Guide to player registration
After clicking register now, you will see a blue and white screen.
You can either click Member Login OR Register a Player.
Returning customers use their login credentials
For new players, click "New Here?" to create a parent account.
(you will first create your parent profile, then be taken to register your player for the upcoming season)
Note your relationship to the player, and add a second parent/guardian if applicable.
Then select your age group (refer to our Age Groups & Fees page if you are unsure)
Fill in your players information.
Here you can purchase admission punch cards. A punch card has 10 admissions that don't expire, and can be used for multiple persons at a time.
You will also have the option to SPONSOR A TEAM!
You will need to upload an image of a birth certificate or passport, so be prepared ahead of time before you begin the registration process.
Buddy requests on behalf of players between players or for a specific coach can be made, however are not guaranteed.
