Our tryout process is designed to provide every player with a fair, competitive, and development-focused evaluation. Players will be assessed by our coaching and technical staff on key areas including technical ability, game awareness, effort, attitude, and coachability over the course of multiple sessions when possible. Team formation decisions are based on a combination of player performance, positional needs, and overall roster balance—not just a single moment or prior team placement. Our goal is to place each player in the environment where they will be most challenged, supported, and set up for long-term success within North State Soccer.
